I use the term 'weight-loss' throughout this video course – although it is a totally negative word – it is something you are likely more used to hearing. Losing fat (rather than 'weight') is what you'll be doing on your journey to getting YOUR SHAPE BACK.
 
Remember lean muscle weighs more than fat – and your job is to create lean muscle, as you lose the weight of the excess fat off your body. Of course if you're considerably overweight your body will weigh less as you lose your fat – but your weight is NOT your prime concern.
 
'Lose 30lbs in 30 days' – and all that – is ridiculous! If you lose 30lbs of fat from your body – it has to be replaced by muscle – otherwise you will have very, very saggy skin! And as muscle weighs more than fat – if you lose 30lbs of fat in the right way – at the same time you will (you should) gain 10lbs of muscle.
 
So please do not get side-tracked by 'weight-loss...'
