Re-visit this page - (and all the other modules in this series) - as a reminder that you need to take 'action' to gain success. In this case don't over do it with the 'action' (exercise/movement) be aware that you are NOT in any race - there is no deadline to this process (of regaing your natural body shape) you are simply taking it one step at a time.
